Hosting

I'm hosting my web and e-mail with FastName. They provide excelent support and I do not hesitate to recommend for others to host with them as well.

About this web site

First of all, hacking the Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) for this site to get around some of the terrible CSS bugs and limitations in Netscape 4.X was a small challenge. That's why I had to write the style sheet for Netscape 4.X and read it in first. Since Netscape 4.X does not understand @import declaration I use it to overide the Netscape styles for other browsers. This generates some warnings when validating it, but it's a well known trick to get around some Netscape problems. Opera 7, Netscape 7 and Mozilla has good CSS implementation, and MIE is not too bad.

I use Opera as my browser (and Thunderbird for e-mail) :-)
